The prices are per apartment, per night.
There are no extra charges. Included in the price: water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, bed linen with weekly change, final cleaning.

Booking and payment
Booking requests can be made by sending an email or by filling out the form at the page "Contacts". Subsequently we will send you an offer of booking to be accepted, via email or telephone, within 3 days of receipt.
The reservation is valid if accompanied by the payment of a deposit equal to 1/3 of the amount due for the entire stay, to be sent by bank transfer.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival: 75% refund
- Cancellation between 30 and 20 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellation between 20 and 10 days before arrival: 25% refund
- After that date there will be no refund.
The bill will be carried out, preferably, by the day before the departure. We accept cash, credit cards, debit and credit transfers.
Arrival and departure
The apartments are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
